Well, at least I am heading somewhere with my project.

THANK YOU SO MUCH, SIM!!!!

The world needs more Sims.

Haha!

Kate Hudson's DA BOMB!

10/10 for Bride Wars.

What? Can't a lifelong fan celebrate her long awaited comeback? Plus Steve Howey's like a hotter version of Mig Ayesa!

Come to think of it..

Why do I even bother trying?

I don't like this. They don't care.

I cry bucket of tears over the same goddamned issue and suddenly, I just lost my interest, my enthusiasm for it. It doesn't deserve so much sacrifice and it's no longer what I want anymore.

I want out.

And if I do find a way out, where should I be heading?

It all boils down to the money doesn't it?

Something Roze posted on Facebook.

I didn't know it was Betty Hutton who sang this.

Man I miss rivalries.

8th of May.

My patience has worn off.

If my complaint letter backfires and PJCAD does not help me out- I will leave.

I am going to flip. Where's that goddamned counterpain of mine?!!?!!?!

Stupid Illustrator.

Stupid stupid stupid thing.

Someone needs to pick my jaw off the ground.

A couple of things I have in mind right now.

I wanna learn Spanish.

I wanna learn French.

I wanna know how to play pool.

I wanna swim at least twice a week.

I wanna get a part-time job.

One that doesn't get in the way of me finishing up this final project.

I want another career option, please!

I want my friends here for September and y'all should know why.

I wanna .. I wanna.. I wanna..

Argh. I wanna.

Face contortionist.

Well, that was a shocker. I wrote off Xabi scoring from that free kick cause shots from any distance seems to be within his range anyway. I was half right. It bounced back and GOAL!

Quite a boring match really. Sha even managed to polish my nails by the end of the first half. Deadly Dirk then capped it off with another 2 goals. YAY!

Got nothing much to post about actually.

What a mundane day it has been.

Oh wait, I just remembered! I went out for breakkie with Ad and JW! HAHAHAHHA.

PS Ad, it's ASTIGMATISM. Not ass-tick.

Wow, 4 hours worth of The Nanny. Beat that!

Woke up at 1.30pm cause of that. It's amazing I didn't start talking like her.

Caught "He's Just Not That Into You" at OU with Kelvin today. Mr Magorium's Wonder Emporium was waaay easier to say aloud at the ticket counter. Pheew. It requires articulation. You need the whole sympathetic tone like babe, he's just not that into you to nail it down.

Honestly, I didn't really enjoy the movie. Ginnifer Goodwin shone above the rest because hey, everyone else seems to be playing a character that they'd portrayed before in their last 2 movies or so. Scarlett Johansson is still the sexy vixen who is spoilt for choices, Jennifer Conolly the suspicious wife ala Little Children, Jennifer Aniston the helpless one and Drew Barrymore the ball of sunshine! The jokes were pretty good at the beginning but it started to sound very repetitive towards the end and I just couldn't dig it no more.

6/10. Meh.

ANYWAY...

Look past the mundane drama that goes on in Gossip Girl and you'd find it quite rewarding.

Voice like a beast. (no seriously, it sounded like a cross between batman and the Beast) Yea-uh. Armie hasn't got the whole acting chops down yet but neither has Chace Crawford after a whole season and a half (eurgh). See those gorgeous brow bones? Can even pull off that parting! So yeah. :D EYE CANDY YO! JW should sooo ditch Zac Efron and idolise this guy instead.

Maybe it's the combination of Thursday mornings, classes, empty stomachs and turquoise leggings cause today's the second time I had to make a dash for the loo during class!

Stupid stupid digestive system. Nothing to digest don't digest la! Eeesh!

I own a freakin' Vemeer!

Well, kind of. It's gorgeous though, isn't it?

Woke up at 5pm and did nothing else today! Dao didn't pick up his phone so there goes my plans of having tea at Decanter. Sigh. Can't wait till Ducky and Nami returns.

Avia still hasn't contacted me about the money. If it doesn't arrive on Friday, be ready for a HUGE fight.

Gotta start on the sketches come dinnertime. But I still haven't decided what to tackle just yet. Stupid people.

Man I feel like swimming.

Liverpool 4-4 Arsenal

What have they done to deserve this?! It's a job undone!

It was all a matter of luck in the first half. How Arsenal managed to get a goal from the ONE defensive mistake we made against their double-figures is just baffling! Fabianski was close to being hopeless and his defence offered him little cover. The mistake from Masch aside, we were doing everything right!

Second half came and we managed to hit back with two goals. Belief starts flooding in. Arsenal's defence was still a disgrace and their midfield kept losing possession. All seems fair till Arshavin managed another TWO. Just like that! I couldn't believe it, the players couldn't believe it, and that Russian himself couldn't believe it! You have to feel for Reina cause I think it all seems so absurd! The first goal was a mistake from our defensive midfielder, then the right back, then the left back and then....Torres then came to the rescue once again! 3-3.

The last five minutes of the game was quite hard to watch actually. I felt like we were pulling a Villa where we seemed to have lost quite a lot of focus. Every time Arsenal broke for a counter-attack, I was screaming for a foul to be conceded but nope, no tackles came in as usual. Alonso kept backing off (why?!?!) and the ball was cut to the left and in ran Arshavin to blast in another goal. BAM! 3-4. Oh lordy. And yet, the fans still sung You'll Never Walk Alone.

As if that wasn't dramatic enough, Benayoun made it 4-4 right before the end of the game. Gebus. This is the part I'm most afraid about the Never Say Die spirit. The hope that really hurts.

A point does not suffice and as much as I would have loved to post about how brilliant a job we did coming back with those 4 goals, I can't. Liverpool shouldn't have conceded the first goal, they should NOT have conceded the second, the third NOR the fourth. This isn't Chelsea. This was a pretty shiteous Arsenal side with Arshavin the four-goal Almighty. I am extremely upset with this game.

I hope Sammy Lee gives our defence a good smack in the head. You know he can! And throw in a couple of Spanish lectures at Arbie as well. We'll also have to convince Lady Luck to come back to our side.

Watch out. Rawr.

Shit I never realised that Bernardo Corradi's left England... till now!

WOOHOO TAKE THAT, FABIO!

Remember this?

I think it's one of the best NONDisney animations around (thx ducky). They've come a pretty long way since Snow White where animating male characters was still a huge challenge! The expression changes for characters in this film is pretty much spot-on and the direction is perfect. I recall this scene where Dimitri was singing out of the window and a little guy- almost unnoticeable just sprung into life in the background and started dancing. The timing was perfect and although very short, it capped off a very good scene.

On top of that, it seems to me that the animators paid great attention to details and managed to bring both fine art and digital animation together. Just look at the backgrounds! So heavy, so rich, so luxurious. Beautiful.

Sigh.

Anyway, I have resisted the urge to check out ANY online blogshops for the past.. dum dum dum... 3 days!

"Next seasonh"

There's always next season.

Meanwhile, got to jot down the stalking list.

Maaan, why lah?

Questions aplenty? Yes. Relevancy? Not too sure.

Having the role of a client in my final project will be some sort of a hindrance- I agree. It was quite funny when he said it because... so are you! Well, not you, but HIM. Argh forget it.

My tummy's been acting really funny lately. It hurts when it shouldn't! I eat well! Guess it's time to stock up on em Vitagens!

That aside, I am trying to play Georgia. Just the accompanying tune. Some kind fella named Fernando drafted up his rendition of a cover on YouTube and well, even with THAT I am still struggling to nail down the chords.

"You know that you've been on my mind.."

Seriously, get a grip already.

YEP.

My stye's gone!

The black thread theory works yo!

Honestly, I think both Rafa and Fergie should shut up.

Bodoh sial.

Dear people, interested in something more educational? Say..

Ichthyosis Vulgaris

Ichthyosis Vulgaris is basically a skin disorder which causes dry and scaling skin. It affects about 1 in 250 people so it's pretty common.

So after 19 years of endless Rosken worshipping only did I bother to google up the term for my skin problem. It used to be so bad to the point where the center part of each scale will start to turn dark and well yeah it looks just disgusting. You can even peel it off, leaving behind a mildly raw pinkish spot. YES, imagine peeling off your skin for fun!

[pic removed because yours truly is highly disturbed but if you're interested click here]

Well, not to that extent lah. Eurgh I am still shaking off the goosebumps after looking at pics of those more severe cases. It took quite a lot of effort and discipline to tone down the severity to faint, tell-tale "mosaic lines" between the Achilles tendons and the calf muscles.- Wiki. I can NOT live a day without applying Rosken (and ONLY rosken) after every bath and resist the temptation to scratch my skin.

Here's a more familiar sight, my palms look like the one on the left. Lots of creases and well, has a very dry yet shiny surface. The one on the right is the palm of someone who doesn't have ichthyosis.

Now go find out how to pronounce Ichthyosis!

I got a stye.

If you don't know what that is, it's clearly time for you Wiki it up.

Sze sent me this one site with a really bizarre cure! I am testing out this traditional remedy of tying a piece of black thread onto my ring finger. If it doesn't ease off tomorrow, I am going to get some meds from the pharmacy.

Man this hurts.

"This is a demo version of "Song to Sing".

The Song "Never let go" was recorded in 2000 and was suppose to be on the album "This time around" but the record company (Mercury/Island Def Jam) felt the song was "too strong" and asked to change some of the lyrics but ended up starting from scratch."

I KNEW IT, I KNEW IT! No wonder I felt the similarities between both songs when I played them.

My goodness, too strong? Hello? This is 20 times better than A Song To Sing.

Presentin' Tinted Windows

My first reaction was along the lines of "Hmmmmm....okay"

Tay dancing instrument-less? Noted. The 80s' flashback? Noted. The fact that I just realised that I am more partial to the 50s' & 60s'? Noted. Personally I think Tay's voice has always been very melodic. I can barely understand a word he sang in Penny and Me but it's pure melody and the burning desire in his voice which made him VERY special. It didn't come through as well in Tinted Windows... it kinda made him sound like Jonas Brother unfortunately, and it's not a compliment.

That aside, the music's pretty tight. Everyone knows their instruments very well. Like duh, Cheap Tricks and Smashing Pumpkins yo.

Gah my ears hurt.

Update: Okay the full version of Messing With My Head is getting catchier by the minute!

2nd Update: I am hooked.

Yes, it does look ridiculous. It's so ridiculous.. but that's art direction for you!

Shove five Spaniards into the car, get them out of the car, make them shift gazes, then make the blonde one walk towards a father and his son... all this in front of a crowd.

I can't wait. LMAO.

Humiliation to the max?

Well, not really. I was flooded with disbelief. All my plans have a tendency of backfiring anyway.

My initial plan was to belanja Suki's mum lunch. I had 30 bucks with me but in the last minute, 20 went to my brother and his Echo Park drama. That left me with 10 so I decided to use the card instead. Since Esquire Kitchen take cards, we decided to go there. Manatau the bill came up to 18 bucks and they don't take cards for anything below 50! Bloody heeeeeeeeell!!! So yeah, I threw in my tenner, and Suki's mum paid for the rest. Blaaah! Then she offered the 2 bucks change so I could pay for the parking but silly me thought the 10 was still in my pocket (just how did my brain operate back then I HAVE NO IDEA) so I refused to accept it.

We then walked around the mall before leaving for the parking lot..... when I noticed HOLYSHIT I HAVE NO MONEY LEFT FOR PARKING. The tenner's gone and I'd used up my emergency money in the car! Had to ring her and then she offered me another 10 so I could put in my car in case of emergency. Like omggggg... so I just took 5 and then blahed.

My day sucked. Yup.

THAT'S IT LAH. NEXT MONTH I'M GONNA BELANJA HER DIM SUM. NICE NICE NICE DIM SUM.

Wednesday, April 15, 2009

It's been quite a sad day. I'd received an e-mail from aviasoul saying that their Marketing VP is overseas on business matters and we will not be getting our money till next week. Whole lot of bullshit so I expressed my disappointment and requested for the exact date of their "supposed" transaction.

On top of that, I read about Hillsborough again. The letters that flooded the site was overwhelming. It touched my heart reading about the lives that were lost and how their friends and family coped with the disaster. It's not a footballing issue anymore. It's probably no different from many other disasters where lives are lost. Brian Reade was right. Why was justice not served? How can 96 people die and no one punished? Football supporters do not count. It is basically their fault because they are only seen as hooligan-potential and it's their fault they got into trouble. Because society has allowed itself to view the football fan as a moronic caricature. And the people who make decisions are happy to play along with this image because it makes their jobs easier.

Sad but true. In many ways I guess discrimination is in everyone of us. I am no different. You can't expect everyone to like everything under the sun.

Oh and Alex and Jen has split up. Damn... but they'll always be getting the support from the fans no matter what.

Chelsea ?-? Liverpool

Oh Livescore says it's 4-4.That means a 7-5 aggregate. TWELVE GOALS TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION. Bloody hell! Take pity on my nerves. Hope is dangerous!

No, like seriously- what with the number of goals we needed to score, the number of goals that Chelsea must not score, the lead which we then lost, the chance of extra-time gone, the away goals we needed to score, the away goals we can't possibly score anymore! @_@ It kept going back and forth so I lost count. I was too busy bracing myself for the unexpected to the point where the unexpected DID happen through Kuyt's goal and only did I realise, hey, we're actually leading! O_O Well, leading till Lampard got the equaliser anyway.

A loss but nevertheless, an extremely good fight. That was easily one of the best games I've watched. Based on the chorus of You'll Never Walk Alone ringing through the stadium towards the end of the game, I guess it's safe to say that a good fight was all most of us wanted and what the team gave. I won't point the finger at anyone for the goals conceded cause they were all brilliant shots. Reina looked as though he was at fault for a goal and could have saved another but hey, the least expected touches can always beat a decent 'keeper and the final Chelsea goal came with the gamble of bringing on Babel for Arbeloa. I could comprehend the fact that we threw away a 2-0 lead cause Chelsea isn't a hopeless opposition and we were always in need of more goals. Unfortunately, the same could not be said about my mum. She's still moaning about the Lampard goal- probably a leftover trait from being a former Utd supporter. I swear she can give people peptic ulcers.

Anyway, Chelsea has always had the upper hand going into this tie and on top of the 3-1 victory at Anfield, it was going to take a VERY convincing win from Liverpool to make it to the semi-finals. Fans looked back to the miracle that happened in Istanbul. Yes but now, screw three goals in 90 minutes, we got FOUR and that's great!

Good job, Liverpool- you made us proud.

Keep those scarves up high and the banners forever waving. Justice for the 96 and YNWA.

Spending the 300 bucks vouchers on Cooper would be more fitting than that ungrateful prat of a brother that I have. It just makes you wonder how on earth do people find hair-that's-blow-dried-so-often-to-the-point-of-it-looking-like-pieces-of-dead-hair-stuck-onto-the-scalp-like-sea-moss SEXY!?

So anyway, let's move on to brighter side of life. I went out for lunch with a dear primary school friend of mine- Khareeza. We haven't met each other in what? 5 or 6 years? It was pretty fun catching up and knowing that Facebook didn't really ruin the moment for us. Hahaha. Lots of surprises in store and we realised that we share many, many things in common. Great seeing you again, KK ;)

Btw I've already started on the report. I don't even think it's worth the effort I put in.

Monday, April 13, 2009

"Wow I can finally see the floor!"-Uncle

That's how much I've managed to clean up.

Gotta start on that blasted report soon.

Ioan Gruffudd never fails to surprise me. He has a tendency to pop up in the most unexpected of places.

I feel like a baby.

Here I am, still wide awake at 5.16 am, venting to my best frienemy on the peskiest of things. I am like a broken record on repeat. Oh dear.

Architecture in London. Vemeers reunited in Amsterdam.

Sweet.

"It is nice to hear the manager wants to keep me, but the most important thing is what he tells me when I look him in the eyes."

Clearly it'll take more than phone calls to win his heart. Since this is settled, we can all shush and move on already right?

Today has to be the most bizarre day of my life.

I woke up this morning to a text from Sheryl saying that she can't make it for the morning practice and after a couple more back and forth- we decided to have it in the afternoon instead. That meant an overhaul of all the plans which I had made for the day. I had to do the last minute touch-up of my painting IMMEDIATELY after I get up, reschedule the COD in Bangsar to 12.30pm, head towards SS2 to buy myself breakfast and then off to Damansara Utama for practice. I will then come home to shower by 3pm, leave for Fye's baby shower in KJ and then off to Breakers for the live viewing.

Plans never work out.

Turns out my mum had taken my car out and that she won't be back by 12.30pm. My dad didn't want to drop me off either. So after throwing a couple of air punches in frustration, I got my uncle (who was nice enough to say yes) to drop me off at Bangsar. It was already 12.45pm. On the way there- we saw my car heading home so he decided to turn back and let me resume with my original plan of driving on my own.

I picked up my item, bought breakfast at SS2 and rushed to Damansara Utama- to find that I was the earliest. -____-' Sheryl was quite late as well so the practice ended (quite abruptly) 30 minutes behind plans. Took a real quick shower when I got home and then left for Shasha's house. Fye was glowing and all smiles, food was good and Pogie is really fat.

Headed off to Breakers with Shasha and Azim. Put up my Hyypia painting for auction where all proceeds go to the Hillsborough victims foundation -sorry I forgot the proper term for it. I originally had a base price of RM200 for the piece but it wouldn't matter to me at all even if it falls to RM1 because this is charity and whatever amount collected from the buyer reflects the sincerity and generosity of the crowd. It's not mine to decide. Needless to say, the crowd was so small and the final bidding price had gone to Shasha's RM20. ^^ Now I can keep a close eye on it!

I had only 30 bucks with me so I did try to do my part by bidding for the framed photograph signed by Ian Rush- which I got only for RM20! O_o. Phil Neal's only went to Mark for RM10. Oh dear. Jon then gave me another Ian Rush signed photograph (this time in black&white) for my efforts. Hahaha!

The game started with a minute of silence for the 96 and ended with a thrashing of Blackburn courtesy to a brace from Nando (the first was incredible) and goals from Agger and Ngog. Sha had that dreamy all-smiles Snow Whitey look plastered on her face after Agger scored. Elleh. Rafa also cracked up a smile so all in all, it was a bittersweet affair in Liverpool today :o)

We then headed towards Bangsar to drop Azim off. I was getting ready to move into the leftmost lane (so I wouldn't miss the upcoming left turn) of the highway in Hartamas when a car sped by me at a speed much higher than 120km/j. I was already accelerating but I managed to avoid it though I ended coming in really close to the tow-truck in front of me. Idiots. I then proceeded to make another attempt to get into the leftmost lane before I miss the junction so I turned on my indicators and inched into the lane but LO and behold, ANOTHER MOTHERFUCKER WAS SPEEDING ON THE LANE AS WELL! I didn't manage to see him until he was far too close for me to avoid. The sides of our cars hit and he signalled to stop by the road.

We got out and saw the bugger looking frustrated and all. He started talking about how I shouldn't have suddenly cut into the lane. He said that he saw me coming and flashed his lights at me so I'd notice.

What an idiot. First and foremost, it was not sudden. If it WERE sudden, the whole of my car would have been on the leftmostlane in a matter of seconds. It could only have looked "sudden" to him because he was going at a speed above 100km/j.

I retaliated by asking him why the fuck was he speeding on the leftmost lane and if he saw me moving in and that I had already partially crossed into his lane, why didn't he slow down?! Wouldn't it have made more sense to brake instead of FLASHING LIGHTS AT ME when we are THISCLOSE to hitting each other, something that only my passenger could have seen because he was on my left blind spot and proceed to hit me anyway?!

I was waiting for some sort of a reaction to that but surprisingly, he just put his hands up and apologised, claiming that this was all merely an accident.

Urm.. okay.

Maybe the biggest offense in this whole problem was the speed he was going at on the leftmost lane. And it was already close to midnight, mind you. So we got back into our cars and I dropped Azim and Sha off anyway.

Got home, told my folks about the incident. Mum thought I shouldn't have gotten out of the car but we argued that there were three of us anyway. I probably shouldn't have but I kept my key with me all the time. I then tried to lighten up the mood by giving my dad the Ian Rush photograph. He liked it but he was very focused on the Sunderland vs Utd game and my mum ruined the moment by asking some of the silliest questions which got my blood boiling again.

Then she said that I was stupid over some cash vs voucher situation which I had overlooked.

Well then, I am sorry I joined the stupid shoe design competition, I am sorry I got 2nd place, I am sorry that I won 300 bucks worth of vouchers and 1500 cash, I am sorry I didn't use the vouchers instead of the cash from my maid for my brother's birthday present, I am sorry I am stupid and sorry for everything else I might have done wrong.

Ugh this is one incident that reminded me of what Suki did for me in 2006. Sigh. I want you all back so badly.

PS, thank you Joe for getting me the medal!!!! ^^

Bullshit. Bullshit. Bullshit.

Lots of bullshit today.

There was punctuality bullshit at 9am, management bullshit at 10am, advertising bullshit at 11am, bullshit signages at 1pm, boring bullshit through the noon and more pegasus bullshit at 11pm.

O' PJCAD, O' advertising design students! What use is there of wit when execrable execution hinders such supposed brilliance?

Le sigh. Dad says I am looking for trouble. True enough, but at least I am making a stand here.

This time, my bruises are in the shape of the solar system! ^^

Liverpool 1-3 Chelsea

Here's my moment of the match:
*screen shows Albert Riera battling Branislov Ivanovic for the ball- loses out- camera zooms into Riera once again- shows him running with his short strings hanging out*

Mum: Eh how come Riera not playing one?!

Haiyooooh.

There is no doubt that Chelsea were well-deserved winners tonight. Ashley Cole finally learned his lesson from the last encounter with Kuyt and the hunger in Ivanovic's headers?! Woah. I REALLY enjoyed watching them just now O_O No I am not being sarcastic- I am serious! Gone are the days where Drogba would be trampling over Agger to get on the end of long punts.

Liverpool started off quite well and our very own Bruno look-alike provided the team with a superb goal. Chelsea then put in a really good fight which led them to the fitting equaliser from Ivanovic. 1-1 at 45 minutes was fair enough.

Second half was definitely poop from Liverpool. The players couldn't keep hold of the ball and possession was lost too easily. The Spaniards and Carragher aside, you have to wonder what the hell was going on. A spine is NOT a spine when Lucas (bless him) was pretty much covering the midfield on his own while our captain wandered off to attack when CLEARLY, the crisis was boiling in midfield. Hey the stats states the fact! We didn't have a single shot on target in most of the second half! Hmm anyway I was waiting for a tackle or two to be thrown in to stop the third Chelsea goal but nope, none came. We can't be missing our little Monster that much can we?

This scoreline means that Liverpool will have to get AT LEAST 3-0 at Stamford Bridge. Sounds impossible but may I be foolish enough to suggest that if 45 minutes was enough to get us three goals for a glorious day in history, a full 90 can guarantee us a spot in the semi-finals. HMMMM.

Last but not least, THANK YOU, Stevie- for showing up in the final three minutes. The midfield missed you.

Gonna watch the dance video a couple more times before I sleep. I seriously have problems at dancing but there's no way I am gonna give up on this just yet. Dah lah I am doubting my own design skills, another case of uncertainty will make me feel like a squashed roach. Nites people!

Defeat is much easier to take when you know it's coming.

Anyway, apparently I've only got classes on Monday and Fridays. Busy much? Then again, I'd rather be doing my project outside class since it's the least idea-stimulating environment on earth, especially in PJCAD.

Yes I said it. Kill me.

OOOOOOOOOOH EASTER EGGS!

Monday, April 6, 2009

Just because I love seeing JRM as the face of Hugo Boss fragrance. The Hugo Green ad is still the best though.

Go get one. LOL.

Sunday, April 5, 2009

Need more practise for the upcoming competition. After watching the videos, I realise that I lack control of my movements and wriggle more than a jelly. Actually, that's how I've always been. AAAAAAAAAAARGH!!!! PRACTISE, PRACTISE, PRACTISE!

Thus, I am VERY relieved about the dance schedule for next week:

Wednesday - 8.30pm
Thursday - 8.30pm
Friday - 8.30pm
Saturday - 10am
Sunday- 10.30am

Depending on how things are at PJCAD, I might even drop Tuesday's swing. @_@

My goodness how do people who join multiple categories even manage?!

"Liverpool saw the door ajar, but it got shut in their face."

The Red Devils weren't really up to par in my opinion throughout the 90 minutes and when Villa lacked belief towards the end of the second half- they latched onto the chance with a McHeda Meal (available in McDs worldwide now) Great goals though, and it's a shame we couldn't afford to get Barry.

Oh and I've got a message to some Utd fans. Seriously- you had 2 games in hand and you were acting like Boro fans. Oh ye folks of little faith. TOUGHEN UP ALREADY.

6 bruises from dance is nothing.

The ONE bruise from chasing a toddler around is the shiznit I tell you. It protrudes and hurts all the time.

I don't likey babies who can walkie.

Fernando Alonso.

LMAO.

I am gonna pull a Shasha here.

HOMAIGOD

Fulham 0-1 Liverpool

You may not be allowed into this country but Benayoun we love you. I seriously thought it was all over before he crossed that one in. Getting a goal was so tough even Dumblydor would have failed. You could try launching the ball off a bazooka and find a tornado carrying it off course instead.

I need to breathe. Ohmm.

Utd has 2 more games in hand but there's no way the Reds will go down without a fight!

Well it's been quite long since my last good read - so long that I couldn't even remember what book it was! I planned to go to bed at 1am after reading a chapter or two but it was so good I stayed up till six! As expected, I had a hard time focusing during this morning's dance practise. Ugh. My shoulders are still aching.

I've always been a fan of some light-hearted storylines. Books that are sooo good they tempt you to flip to the final chapter every 5 seconds in anticipation of what may or may not be- the ending of your choice.

I haven't finished the book yet but it made me realise that being lonely is not unusual. Fate keeps interrupting and lives never cease to get busier so you just need to know that good friends are there for you and you should be there for them too always.

PS, drop the girly cover designs already. I hate them.

Friday, April 3, 2009

My conscience was not my guide today- in a financial sense of course.

I bombed my 300 bucks allowance on one shopping trip! Bargains here, there and everywhere. 30 bucks for 2 pairs of metallic leggings too! @_@

Bottom line is that I will be broke till 15 of April. Please do not ask me to belanja till then. I need to get a part-time job to keep this up. Something that doesn't interfere with my studies/ dance activities. WHERE THOUGH?

Gerrard down, Kuyt down.

Nail down Agger!

I am so happy right now because I just got back from dance practice with Sze and Cheryl. Am I making any sense here? Nope? TOO BAD CAUSE I AM HAPPYYYYYYYYY!!!

Mum's too busy watching England to bother about my supposed "curfew". Pfft.

Caught Fast & Furious with Dao and Azreel this morning. I find the movie quite mediocre. The story line made no sense, especially the beginning. I mean, shipping fuel down a CLIFF?! HELLO?! And as predicted, the action will be pretty good in this flick. All in all, 6/10 lah.

RIP Andy Hallett.

Your beautiful voice, amazing charisma and peace-loving Lorne will be missed.

"A dream is a wish your heart makes."

Sounds familiar? Go back 50 years :P I kept thinking about Ducky's post on dreams whenever I hear the song play.

My first post-Chimera day was pretty uneventful. Dropped the Swift off at the service centre to get certain parts of the car fixed. Dad then decided to go to PTPN and enquire about study loans ala your dad's recommendation, Wen Yi!!! They don't offer loans for education outside Malaysia so blaaaaah.

Went home, dug out some video casettes and spent the rest of the day watching Cinderella (HINT), Roger Rabbit and Beauty & The Beast. It seems that the Beast in prince form also has a Hercules-esque side profile. Imagine Dirk Kuyt in a blue coat tail jacket with gold trimming. *faints* No wait, it could be pretty cool k.

Dao then ffk-ed me again.
